Returns Policy

You may return items sold by 4CoolKids within 30 days of delivery for a full refund including any paid sales tax. If the return is a result of an error on the part of 4CoolKids, then we will also reimburse you for the return shipping cost; otherwise, the customer pays the return shipping cost.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
  • Any item sold "As-Is".

Any refunds or shipping cost reimbursements by 4CoolKids will be paid to the PayPal account of the purchaser within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Wondering where your order is? If you have not yet received your order at all and think that you should have by now, visit the Order Status Center, enter your 4Coolkids Order Number, and you will be able to cancel or change an order, that has not yet entered the shipping process.

Did you receive a damaged or defective item? Visit the Order Status Center, enter your 4Coolkids Order Number, and follow the instructions for returning an item. We'll ask you to indicate the number of items you're returning, the reason for return, and the email used to purchase the items.

Are you missing an item? Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock at different distribution centers, we may have split your order into multiple shipments, which we would indicate on the packing slip. If this is the case, rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally authorized. Visit the Order Status Center , enter your 4Coolkids Order Number, for estimated delivery dates for every shipment associated with your order.
