The products offered through the Clearance Center offer exceptional value, as they will either be products that are either discontinued, or are irregulars that have some imperfections. This group of "seconds" or "irregulars" was generated as a result of a meticulous and careful inspection of each and every product produced by our partner companies. Each product must demonstrate "perfect" quality standards of materials or construction before it is placed in our regular stock for sale. It is because of our "picky" inspectors that our group of irregulars has been collected for discounted sale. Please be assured that any product that does not meet safety standards is taken out of the group and destroyed immediately after discovery of such a flaw.

Return Policy
All products sold through the Clearance Center are sold "as-is", and may not be returned. No warranty is expressed or implied for these products. Note that under our normal return policy, that 4CoolKids will make good on any shipment errors that we determine to be our fault.

Supply
Since the products are either obsolete or irregular, they are not produced in a continuing basis; available quantity for sale is limited, and quantity available for sale can be as low as one [1] unit. 4CoolKids will make commercially reasonable efforts to 1) make offers for products that are available, and 2) as soon as we are aware of unavailability, we will remove these products from being offered on the website. Therefore, there is no obligation on the part of 4CoolKids to complete the transaction for goods that have no inventory; 4CoolKids will give a compete refund to the customer for the order through PayPal in this particular case. We will notify the customer of this situation through an appropriate email.

When possible, we will list some of the more usual imperfections that have caused us to label the product "irregular". This list is not intended to be all-inclusive, but serves as an example of what you might expect. A sample list of imperfections follows:

• Color of the fabric may be off from normal standards
• Fabrics and colors may be used that are not coordinated
• Stitching while strong and stable, does not meet our standards for neatness
• Alignment of facial features may be off on the Tot Tether
• Metal fasteners may not be similar or discolored
• Some part of the product may be reworked to make it usable; e.g. a small hand-stiched repair may have been required
• Product features may be slightly misaligned
• Different stitching styles may be used on different parts of the product
• May have been a display or demo, and thus have had a baby in the product
• May have a stain or ink mark that was unable to be removed by cleaning
