4CoolKids uses PayPal to place orders for specific items, and to pay for those items without having to give 4CoolKids personal bank account or credit card information. PayPal has a secure process to accept and protect this information.

4CoolKids and PayPal will send email notifications to a customer for each step of the process. In addition, there are tracking numbers issued that allows the customer to log onto PayPal to check on payment status, and to log onto 4CoolKids to check shipment/order/return status. The following steps are an example of the typical order flow:

  1. Customer visits www.4CoolKids.com and decides which items he/she is interested at.
  2. Customer clicks on "Order Now" and is taken to a page where the customer selects the quantity of the item to be ordered.
  3. Customer chicks "Checkout Now" to exit the order selection process, and enter the payment and shipment information process. This is seamlessly taken care of by PayPal.
  4. After completing the "Checkout Now" process, PayPal sends the customer an email notification of the items purchased and all appropriate order information such as quantity, item description, shipment method, costs, etc.
  5. After receiving the shipment request from PayPal, 4CoolKids will send an email (ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL) to the customer acknowledging the order request and a 4CoolKids order number, and that shipment notification will be forthcoming within a specified time period.
  6. After shipment of goods, 4CoolKids will send an email (SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL) to the customer containing appropriate shipment information [ship date, items, etc.] for the specific order number.
  7. About 10-15 days after receipt of the goods, 4CoolKids will send a short email (CUSTOMER SATISFACTION EMAIL) to the customer asking about customer satisfaction.
  8. Customer can use the 4CoolKids order number to check on order status at any time in the process. Go to SUPPORT=>ORDER STATUS CENTER at the top of the web page.
