Q. How long will take to receive an item?
A. When you place an order with 4CoolKids, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Once you've placed your order, you will be able to see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail, as well as trough the ORDER STATUS CENTER. Q. How do I track my order?
A. Visit the ORDER STATUS CENTER. If you know that your order is en-route, you can also find tracking information here.

Q. How do I return an item?
A. Once an item has been delivered to you, you can visit the ORDER STATUS CENTER and click the RETURN link on the OPTIONS area. You can also read our Return Policy for further information.

Q. How can I change or cancel an order?
A. If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, then you might be able to cancel it under certain conditions. Visit the ORDER STATUS CENTER and if the order can be cancelled, a MODIFY YOUR ORDER link will appear on the OPTIONS area.button Click on it and follow the instructions on that page.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes we do. Click here to see the shipping costs or contact us via email as to the products you are interested in and where you wish to ship them.

Q. What if I forget my order number - how do I get order status?
A. The Order Status Center has the capability to email back to the original email address that was used to place the order what your order number is. Also in case you forgot this, please email to support your name, address, what you ordered and your question. We will take pains to be responsive to your query.

Q. Is my credit card info safe with you?
A. Safer than most vendors you deal with. You disclose no credit card or other personal financial information to 4CoolKids. Instead, we have partnered with PayPal and with Bank Of America, and it is them that you give your credit info to over a secure connection. This way you do not have to worry about who we are, and whether we are reputable. By definition and the way we do business, you can feel very secure! The Order Status Center has the capability to email back to the original email address that was used to place the order what your order number is. Also in case you forgot your order number, please email to support your name, address, what you ordered and your question. We will take pains to be responsive to your query.

Q. I got a warning after my credit card was processed that I am going to a non-secure site. What does it mean?
A. Once you finish your transaction at the secure site of Bank of America, you will be presenting with a warning window that you are going to a non-secure site. It is ok to say YES, because your credit card transaction has been completed and you are coming back to us for the confirmation of your order and a "thank you note". Answering NO will only delay your confirmation but will not affect your order. Your order is complete once you have processed your credit card on the secure site of Bank of America.
